About Dominari Holdings

Dominari Holdings, Inc., formerly known as Aikido Pharma, Inc., was initially formed in 1967 as Spherix Incorporated. Since 2017, the Company has operated as a biotechnology company with a diverse portfolio of small-molecule anticancer and antiviral therapeutics in development. Over the past year, in an effort to enhance shareholder value, the Company has shifted its primary focus away from biotechnology to a new line of business in the fintech and financial services industries.

In furtherance of this new focus, in June of 2022, the Company formed a wholly-owned financial services subsidiary, Dominari Financial Inc., with the purpose of making strategic acquisitions across the fintech and financial services industries. By the third quarter of 2022, Dominari Financial had agreed to acquire a broker-dealer dually registered as an investment advisory firm and closed the purchase of a 20% interest in the firm the following month. Dominari plans to acquire the remaining membership interest upon FINRA approval and change the name to Dominari Securities, LLC.

Additionally, AIkido Labs, LLC, another wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, will continue to explore other opportunities in high-growth industries and foster and develop its historical pipeline of biotechnology assets.
